They are provided here as healing tools, awakening tools and transmitters of a particular frequency and quality. They come in laminated A4 size with a detailed description on the reverse of the qualities they transmit.

 User Instructions:
1. You can stick these symbols on the wall so they  transmit their energies into the space you are in
2. You can meditate on them and theywill take you deeper into their energies
3. You can place them under your mattress, symbol side upwards pointing at your body, so that you receive their transmission while you sleep. If you wish to use multiple symbols, just stack them on top of each other
4. If the energies get too intense we recommend you have a break from the symbols and come back to them later
5. We do not recommend using the symbols while operating machinery or driving
